Research and Interests
Dr. Mayfield's research focuses on several aspects of global change and flood hydrology. As a professor, Mayfield taught Introduction to Physical Geography; Ecoregions and Dynamic Landforms; and Global Climate Change labs. Additionally, he served as the Faculty Director of the Wilson Scholars Program and Faculty Director of the College STAR Program.
